UK immigration will fundamentally change on 1 January 2021, when a new immigration system will be brought in for all overseas workers, other than those from Ireland. We were grateful to the many people who joined a practical webinar on the new system and those of you who accessed our guide.
In our next installment, David Ramsbotham, the UK government policy lead on skilled migration, will speak to clients about government plans for the new immigration system. David has held several policy and operational roles in UKVI and is an expert in the UK’s sponsorship and skilled migration system. He will also talk about the helpful policy changes the Home Office has introduced to respond to the COVID-19 pandemic.
We are very excited about the webinar and hope you can join. The session will cover:
• The shape and published details of the UK’s immigration system
• Advice on how to prepare for the change at a practical level
• The new flexibilities that will give you more options for non-EU migration
We hope you can join us!
