UK Tier 1 (Investor) Visa Survey

On the 5th of December 2018, the UK Immigration Minister Caroline Nokes said the UK Tier 1 (Investor) Visa would be suspended and reformed.  Six days later the government made a U-turn and announced the Investor category would not be suspended followed by an apology from the Home Secretary.  Migration Policy reiterated that the Investor route would be reformed.

As a stakeholder in this category, your feedback on this announcement and proposed reforms is very valuable. The last survey of this kind and scale was carried out by the MAC (Migration Advisory Committee) in 2014.

The results from this survey will be amalgamated and reviewed, with the findings presented to Ministers and Migration Policy.

This survey has been written and is managed by Farzin Yazdi IMCM, with the grateful assistance of some key stakeholders and has not been commissioned by any third party, including the Home Office.

We welcome IMC members who are genuine stakeholders in the UK Tier 1 (Investor) category to complete this survey with your honest feedback.  Estimated completion time is 8 minutes and all responses will remain anonymous.
