Please note that the completion and submission of this form does not establish a contractual relationship and does not oblige any person to enter into or complete any agreement or transaction. Applications for memberships will be considered by the Governing Board. The IMC will consider the application subject to the By-Laws and Organisational Regulations of the association and may deny admission without having to give any reasons. Completion and submission of this form authorises and directs the Investment Migration Council to enquire and conduct background verification checks on the persons named within, if deemed appropriate/necessary to evaluate the membership application.  The membership fee paid is non-refundable, in these cases; if the application is refused for whatever reason or the proposed member decides to withdraw his application.
