The following constitute the terms and conditions to which delegates agree when booking any training or online courses.

Please read carefully before buying training courses or accessing or downloading training materials. This is a legal agreement between you (delegate) and (IMC Education & Training (licensor) for your purchase of IMC Education & Training face to face courses and online courses whereby training materials includes printed materials and online documentation.

How to register

When booking our online training courses, we require you to complete an online application form and provide us with certain information about yourself.

In doing this, you agree to:

• Provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the registration form.

All bookings must be made through our online registration portal at https://investmentmigration.org/education/.

When you register for any course, your application represents an offer to book you onto the course you selected. On submission of the registration form you will receive a system generated confirmation email.

Fees and Payment

By clicking on ‘Register’ button you agree to these terms which will bind you in a contract now formed between you and IMC Services Limited.

Training fees can be paid at the point of registration via secure online gateway payment process. Otherwise they can be paid by bank account transfer. In all cases, payment must be received prior to the start of training. A confirmation email will be sent to you with an invoice and a link to the payment gateway which is under contractual obligations not to disclose this information to third parties. All major credit and debit cards are accepted.

Please note that if you do not provide accurate details (including type of card and number) or if your credit card company does not authorize payment, your application will de deemed void. The IMC will not accept any liability for costs incurred as a result of applications deemed void in this manner.

Sales taxes (VAT, TVA etc), if any are charged at the applicable rate.

A receipt and will be sent to you by email confirming payment together with your joining instructions to the online portal.

No payments by instalments are accepted.

All course fees are non-refundable.

Cancellation and Transfer

Once you have booked a course the fee is non-refundable. If you cancel any course (online or face to face), you will not be entitled to any refund. There is no charge for transferring your registration to the same course on an alternative start date provided you notify the IMC in writing. Each online course has a fixed completion time as from the date of commencement.

Ownership and Intellectual Property Rights

All Training material is owned by IMC Services Limited. All intellectual property rights in all Training Material available including the design, graphics and text of all printed materials and the audio of webinars and podcasts, are owned by IMC. When given access to the Training material, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the training material. No training material can be copied, reproduced, uploaded, posted, displayed or linked to in any way, in whole or in part, with the permission from the IMC Services Limited. Any such use is strictly prohibited and will constitute an infringement of IMC Services Limited intellectual property rights.

To provide a continuous check on the consistency and quality of training delivery, all students will receive a follow-up email at the end of each class asking them to submit feedback. This feedback will be reviewed in detail and will be used to make continuous improvement to content and delivery.

Disclosure of your Information

IMC Services Limited, a subsidiary of the Investment Migration Council, may disclose your personal information to third parties if we are under a duty to disclose or share your personal data in order to comply with any legal obligation, or in order to enforce or apply our Terms of Use or Terms and Conditions of Supply and other agreements; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Investment Migration Council, our customers, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organisations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction.

Please indicate by email if you do not wish to receive any mailings or e-mails from IMC Services Limited or the Investment Migration Council.
